Speedways STEERING HELP HIGH, ABS HIGH(for green flag pit stops)
Short Tracks STEERING HELP HIGH, ABS HIGH(for green flag pit stops)
Road Courses ABS LOW, STABILITY HIGH, STEERING HELP HIGH, TRACTION CONTROL HIGH.
If for some reason you can't get your setup to grip coming off the corners on short tracks turn traction control on low, but you will be faster if you can set your car up to grip without using the assist.

Nascar Watkins Glen Setups

WATKINS GLEN First of all, remember at this track driver and line matter the most, so make sure that you run a good line, if you don't know the line, turn on the informative best line so that you can learn the line, don't break in the S turns, and don't break in the U-turn after the bus stop. This was with a controller as I can't seem to use my wheel on road courses. Also, I would advise turning your Gameplay settings to this: ABS low STABILITY high STEERING HELP high TRACTION high
You must be able to drive a loose race car to drive this setup, if you can't drive a loose car bring the rear wing up but the setup is fast as hell, and consistent as hell, I've ran as fast as 1:10.0 with 20% tape on and for qualifying i bring all TP's up 1 pound, and tape up to 75% and i've ran it as fast as 1:09.5 in qualifying.

now this setup for me runs a 1.12.000. its mostly a vet setup but way looser and turns better. the only way you can run this time is if you know how to drive this track.

Nascar Richmond Setups

Ok here's my Richmond setup, not the fastest, there's a few running .2 faster than me here, keep in mind this setup is meant for long runs, and long races, so it's extremely loose on new tires, if you run a short race add wedge, and lower the trackbar. The gears are setup where 3rd redlines at the end of the backstretch, and shifting to 4th at the start finish line is a good spot. So you will be downshifting entering 1, but not entering 3. Run with steering help high only.

Nascar Pocono Setups

setup 1:
Ok, this is my pocono setup I just ran some laps with it, the best I did was 50.8 5 times with the setup, I can't remember what it ran when we did the league race, but here's the setup, it should be able to do 50.4 or 50.5 in race trim if someone drives it right, i think that's the times I was running in the league race, I just can't drive it now, trying to get readjusted to the wheel after this past week running the glen with my controller.
But anyways, here's the skinny on the setup, I run it with low ABS and with high STEERING, 3rd gear redlines at 180, and for a reason, you should be downshifting when you brake for the turns so that you pull harder on the straight aways, I ran well in my league race with this, but blew up because I had my tape at 55% like a retard, run 45% and don't overrev your motor like I did and you should be fine

Nascar Indianapolis Setups

Ok here is my Indy setup, I know it can be made faster, but last I remember it did run mid 49's in race trim after the update, I don't have time to run it around now to see, but still, I'm thinking if the wing went down it'd gain some time b/c u have to be loose here to be fast. Keep in mind this setup is more of a starting point than anything, but it will run 49's, I know there's a lot more speed in it, when I made this setup I didn't know as mucha bout handling as I do now, and I used the gears to get most of my speed, so tweak the handling if you can, I'm sure you can get it to go faster, I doubt you'll get any more speed out of the gears though so don't waste your time. You should be downshifting into the turns and shifting on the straightaways 3rd and 4th gears only of course, some people don't brake for turns 1 and 3, I know the #1 guy here doesn't, he just coasts into them, Though I was giving the brake a little tap when I was running here. Nascar Dover Setups

setup 1:
Hi, Dover is a pretty tough setup because it is one of the few tracks that not only do you let up entering the corner you have to let up on the way out and all this without hitting da wall....hahaha! Oh well this setup holds up pretty well on my medium run tests and can pull 23.5's. I believe a few tweaks here and there may very well get it closer to 23 flat and have it hold up for longer race's. Hit the corner high and deep then let er rip the white line....if you hit it right with this setup you will not have to lift as much if any coming out...

Nascar Sprint Cup Chicagoland Setups

Setup 1:
Ok this is a setup for Chicagoland that I made before the update and I hadn't touched it since then till just now, I screwed with the gears for a minute, ran some laps in race trim and ran high 28's, so I know that it should be able to do high 28's consistently with some practice on the track, I haven't ran the track in months and was running 28.8-29.1. STEERING HELP HIGH of course, nothing else, DO NOT USE THE BRAKES, get off the gas before the entry, early in 3, turn it down, when it gets to the bottom, stomp on it, for the first few laps of a run it's loose, it's designed to run long races so that it doesn't get insanely tight. When I made this I wasn't as good with setups as I am now, and I'm guessing by looking at this, that you may be able to make it faster adjusting the rear sprigns and maybe also the ride height.
